I would like to take just a minute to tell you how good your lefse mix is. My wife and I have been making our own lefse for a few years, but this year my wife hurt her arm and couldn’t rice the potatoes, etc. and I was too busy to make it so she thought she would try your mix.  We had 10 Norwegians for Thanksgiving dinner and they all raved about how good the lefse was. My 85 year old grandma (full blooded Norwegian, MO) has been making lefse all her life and I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between hers and your mix.

We didn’t tell anyone, that the lefse wasn’t made from scratch, but uff-da, we can’t let out a the secrets.

Anyway, keep up the good work.
