Authentic delicious Potato Dumplings ready to cook in minutes. Our customers are amazed at how simple it is to prepare this Scandinavian delicacy. Just add water to our Potato Dumpling Mix, form the dumplings and they’re ready for the kettle. We even add bacon chips for extra flavor. Potato Dumplings...So Good and So Easy!


Directions:
Combine contents of pkg. and 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups of cold water. Mix thoroughly with a fork for 2 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes. Keep hands wet while forming dumplings and place them in a 4 qt. kettle of boiling water or soup base. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes; turn down heat cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve with butter, gravy, or in soups, stews, etc. For lighter dumplings use 1 3/4 cups water and 2 eggs.

Serving Suggestions:
Try fried dumplings. Slice refrigerated leftover dumplings 1/4 inch thick and place them single layered in a buttered pan. Fry until golden brown. Serve with butter, syrup, gravy, etc. Use Ragna’s Dumpling Mix for a delicious breading for fish, pork chops, chicken, etc.

Note: 1 package makes 12 - 2 inch Dumplings.
